Morning Routines don’t matter – NIGHT routines DO!

Morning routines are a hot topic with over 2,910,000 results on Google search for the term. Everyone struggles with them, everyone needs them, and everyone wants to master them.

Today I’m here to say, put your morning routine on the back burner and focus on your night routine.

Previously, I published a book on the subconscious mind. The majority of our daily functions can be credited to this thing we call the subconscious.

It is malleable and easily programmable. If you don’t program it, something else or even worse, someONE else will – indefinitely.

Why are night routines important?

The dream state is the mind experiencing itself. It transforms the subconscious mind into a virtual reality experience – which allows you to interact with it. But that’s lucid dreaming, which we’ll maybe cover at a later date.

Since sleeping carries us into the dream state, we can bring messages for the subconscious mind, from the conscious mind, with us. We can embed our desires directly into the subconscious mind.

This was inspired recently when I was reading “Tools of Titans”.

Night Routine

I use Apple’s “Bedtime” feature in the Clock app.  It keeps me on schedule with going to bed on time so I get the right amount of hours.

Usually, I go for 7 hours of sleep. If I’m really grinding like a Hotep, then I’ll just get in a good 4 hours. Either way, I’m up before or with the sun.

When my bedtime alarm alerts me I start to think about the intention or request I’d like to put in with my subconscious.

Last night I chose “motivation” and “ambition”. As I laid down I kept repeating over and over again, “Give me motivation and ambition”.

And again.

“Subconscious, please give me motivation and ambition.”

This morning my alarm didn’t wake me up – I woke on my own, naturally, before the alarm sounded. In fact, I was awake just moments before the alarm. As I picked up my phone to check the time, I simply disabled the alarm as it was about to sound.

Intuition on FLEEK! ????

Recently, I’ve struggled with getting out of my comfortable bed. I’ve been feeling SUPER-LAZY. Which is why I chose the intentions “motivation” and “ambition”.

But this morning I sprung of bed with conviction. I went to the supermarket to re-up on some fruit and household essentials. It was like I was a new man.

I was so upbeat, it inspired me to write this. This blog post you’re reading right now is the product of my night routine. I LOVE IT!

I even have another motivational video coming to my Twitter later today called “The 3 Most Important things in life”.

This night routine worked so well that I think I’m going to make “motivation” and “ambition” my nightly mantra for the next 21 days. Then I’ll move onto something else.

Final thoughts…

We all know what we need to do for a morning routine, I even created this one. But that’s not the problem. The problem is having the energy and will to actually execute it.

If we put our intentions and requests in with our subconscious mind, we’ll find that getting a jump start on the day will be MUCH easier.
